These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NotaryNavigator, a platform operated by Notary Navigator LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the NotaryNavigator website and platform located at www.notarynavigator.com (the “Platform”).
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or clicking any button indicating acceptance, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date, and we will provide prominent notice on the Platform when changes are posted. NotaryNavigator is a professional directory and matching platform that connects Notary2Pro-certified notary signing agents (“Notary Members”) with businesses and employers (“Employer Members”) that require notarial services. The Platform serves two distinct user types:
The Platform facilitates introductions between these two groups. NotaryNavigator is not a staffing agency, signing service, or party to any agreement between Employer Members and Notary Members.
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between NotaryNavigator and any user.
NotaryNavigator is not responsible for payments, fees, disputes, cancellations, or performance of services between users unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by NotaryNavigator.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Pre-Dispute Notice Requirement. Before initiating any arbitration or legal proceeding (other than emergency equitable relief), the party asserting a claim must provide the other party with written notice describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought. The parties will have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith before either party may initiate arbitration.
Arbitration. If good-faith resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona, or by remote means if mutually agreed.
Equitable Relief. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona, to prevent irreparable harm without first exhausting the notice and mediation requirements above.
Venue. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
